Intelligent Sensor Ecosystem
Our intelligent sensor ecosystem continuously monitors the most critical conveyor health indicators — turning raw operational data into early warnings, diagnostics, and actionable insight.
Continuously monitors cover rubber thickness and wear trends to identify abnormal abrasion before belt failure occurs. This enables early intervention, reduces unexpected downtime, and supports predictive maintenance planning.
Detects hidden steel cord and internal structural defects that cannot be identified through visual inspection. Provides accurate defect positioning to support targeted repairs and extend belt service life.
Identifies tearing, cutting, or puncture events in real time. The system can trigger alarms or automated shutdowns to minimize damage and prevent catastrophic belt failure.
Tracks belt position and deviation during operation, enabling early correction and preventing edge damage, material spillage, and long-term structural wear.
Monitors splice movement and joint stability to identify loosening or separation at an early stage, reducing the risk of conveyor stoppages and unplanned maintenance.
Continuously monitors motors, rollers, and bearings to detect abnormal temperature rise and mechanical stress before overheating leads to component damage or failure.
One Conveyor. Multiple Sensing Points.
Each sensor is installed at a specific point along the conveyor line, creating a complete, end-to-end monitoring system.

How the Monitoring System Works
Monitoring Sensors
Our intelligent sensor ecosystem continuously monitors the most critical conveyor health indicators — turning raw operational data into early warnings, diagnostics, and actionable insight.

Wireless Temperature Monitoring System
Monitor the temperature data of the equipments in real time, judge the health status of the equipment, find the equipment potectial risks in time to reduce the sudden equipment failure and shutdown, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and ensure the continuous and stable production.
Rubber Abrasion Monitoring System
Monitor vibration data of the equipments in real time, judge the health status of the equipment, find the equipment potectial risks in time to reduce the sudden equipment failure and shutdown, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and ensure the continuous and stable production.

Online Belt Splicing Monitoring System
When the conveyor system is running, the load of belt is constantly changing, belt splicing is weak part. Long-term dynamic load change makes splicing prone to fatigue damage, which affects on-site production and safety. Boton Cloud SPLICESPY splicing monitoring system can monitor the change of splicing status and realarm spciling failure risk.
Belt Intelligent Deviation Correction System
With features of convenient installation, high sensitivity monitoring and strong real-time performance of the system. It can monitor conveyor belt deviation and carry out dynamic correction in real time, and display the running situation after correction.

Belt Skeleton Non-Destructive Monitoring System
Used to detect steel cord breakage, unevern distribution, steel cord twitch, edge rubber off and other failures.
With good security, sensitive detection, high resolution, strong system real-time performance and accurate positioning.
Belt Longitudinal Tearing Monitoring System
By building an Al image algorithm model, the longitudinal tearing monitoring system carries out Al intelligent recognition on the temperature changes, infrared and visible images at the longitudinal tear position of belt, so as to accurately distinguish the longitudinal tear from abnormal wear. Once the longitudinal tear of belt is found, the system will automatically send out alarm singal and interlock the conveyor line to stop.
