Uses long-term wear trends to predict remaining belt lifespan and support full conveyor belt lifecycle management.

How the System Works

The system measures belt cover rubber thickness in real time as the belt operates, without interrupting production.

Thickness data is analysed to generate real-time abrasion curves and simulated wear-position diagrams, allowing abnormal wear zones to be accurately located.

When abnormal abrasion is detected, the system automatically issues alerts and generates belt health diagnosis and lifespan prediction reports.
