Self-Cleaning for Harsh Environments
Self-Cleaning for Harsh Environments
Designed to remain reliable in dusty, wet, and demanding operating conditions.
How the System Works
Infrared and visible imaging systems continuously monitor the conveyor belt to capture both thermal and visual data during operation.
The system analyses thermal and visual patterns in real time to identify anomalies that indicate potential damage or irregular behaviour.
Abnormal patterns associated with longitudinal tearing events are detected quickly, enabling immediate awareness and response to minimise belt damage and downtime.
