How the System Works

Steel cord data is continuously collected from the conveyor belt skeleton during operation, without damaging or interrupting the belt.

The system analyses the steel cord data in real time to assess cord layout, spacing, and internal structural integrity across the belt.

Abnormal cord layouts, broken steel cords, and internal splice defects are automatically identified, enabling early detection and informed maintenance decisions.
