Andries oversees DBP’s commercial and operational integration across the group, ensuring mining-sector clients receive technically accurate, reliably executed solutions. He manages all 11 national service branches, each specialising in installation, maintenance, vulcanising, breakdown response, and full conveyor-system support. These branches operate with rapid turnaround, 24/7 availability, and shutdown-critical response capability, forming the backbone of DBP’s field-service offering.

As primary executive support to the Operations Director, Andries plays a central role in production, logistics, and manufacturing alignment—including slot allocation, QA release coordination, and material flow for surface and underground mining supply. He is closely involved in the coordination of steel cord, fabric, PVC/PVG, and import product manufacturing to ensure compliance with mining delivery schedules and shutdown demands.

Through active participation in service-execution and cross-functional operational forums, Andries drives resolution of bottlenecks impacting mine-site operations. His oversight of sales, operations, strategy, acquisitions, and new business development positions him as the senior contact for mining clients requiring multi-department integration, enterprise-level support, and alignment across DBP’s national footprint.
