We are a Level 1 BBBEE contributor, and all our conveyor belts are manufactured 100% locally at our world-class production facility in Benoni, Gauteng — accredited to SABS ISO 9001:2025 standards.

Our Manufacturing Facility

Our Benoni plant employs approximately 791 full-time employees, working across 3 shifts, 24/7. With the capacity to produce more than 1000 km of conveyor belting per annum, we are proud to be the largest conveyor belt manufacturer on the African continent.

This facility is the heart of our operations locally rooted, globally competitive, and fully accredited to SABS ISO 9001:2025 standards.

Beyond manufacturing, our conveyor service and maintenance division has one of the most extensive service footprints in South Africa with 11 national service branches and over 30 on-site service units being phased in to meet the full spectrum of conveyor requirements.

History

Our journey began in Benoni, Gauteng with the establishment of a state-of-the-art ISO 9001:2015 accredited facility.

What started as a local operation has grown into South Africa’s largest conveyor belt production site, now capable of producing more than 1,000 kilometres of belting annually.

From mining and agriculture to cement and rail, our products power the backbone of some of the most demanding industries on the continent.

In December 2024, we proudly opened our state-of-the-art Research and Development Centre in Benoni.

This R&D Centre is equipped to conduct stress testing in line with South African Bureau of Standards requirements and leverages advanced technologies such as AI and IoT, as well as innovative materials, to drive product efficiency and durability.

The centre enables us to develop bespoke solutions for our clients, collaborate with leading universities and industry partners, and maintain our commitment to sustainability through eco-friendly designs and manufacturing practices that minimise waste and energy consumption.
